If you live in Southern California look up today.
You will see some Chemtrail activity.
On the West coast, chemtrails are being sprayed in Northern and Southern California as a moisture flow continues to move through from the West and from the North on the Jet Stream - which has now shifted slightly East today.
Just like clockwork, when a moisture field moves into California and presents an opportunity for rain in bone-dry Southern California, the jets are immediately dispatched ahead of the incoming moisture field.
Spraying the skies with aerosol chemtrails powders, which create the capping inversion layer, preventing lift necessary for precipitation.
The aerosol desiccants lower the Relative Humidity.
