Weather Report From Yesterday

Fri, Jan 22, 2016

For the second day, Los Angeles CA has been choked by heavy aerosol chemtrails in preparation for a strong Pacific storm moving into California and Oregon.

The aerosols 'chemtrails' greatly lower the Relative Humidity and lower the Dew point which is very effective at preventing the rainfall in the Southern CA region.

Man-made high pressure has been installed in a wide area offshore of California and extending West out into the Pacific.

The jet stream has a large HAARP-generated interruption visible in the watervapor map; the high pressure installed by the transmitter is cutting off the moisture field flowing into the core of the storm system moving into California.

The rain outlook for Southern CA looks bleak because of all the weather modification, and I think we'll probable have just a heavy drizzle amounting to about 0.1" which is what the weather reporters cited on television tonight.

Excuse the throat clearing, the aerosols are to blame, e.g. burning sinuses, excessive irritation to the throat, nose and eyes.

What do the EPA employees and management do all day long, BTW??

Their management needs a crash-course on the timing and function of these chemtrail aerosols, and see the lab reports detailing their chemical composition.

Right now, there are at least three dozen signs around the Coachella Valley commanding viewers, “If you see dust coming from this project, call.” Many people have heeded that order.

According to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD), which sets rules to limit air pollution, the majority of complaints they get from the Coachella Valley are about construction sites.

Dust control remains a priority because it contributes to air pollution, a prominent public health concern in the desert. The trouble is the easiest way to quell that dust is to use another resource under scrutiny: water.

“Trust me, we’d rather not be spending the money and the time and the manpower to be wetting everything down for dust control,” said Mark Bradshaw, president of Mark Bradshaw Construction. “But otherwise the dust gets into the air.”

Decades ago, the AQMD created rules to limit particle pollution — blowing dust, mostly — surrounding construction sites.

The particles they regulate are tiny, less than a fifth of the width of a human hair, but they can get trapped in lungs and exacerbate respiratory conditions like asthma.

Riverside County has received failing grades from the American Lung Association on this type of pollution since studies began in 2000.

And it’s an even bigger problem in the Coachella Valley because of the region’s dry weather and strong wind, said Mohsen Nazemi, deputy executive officer for engineering and compliance with the AQMD.

Chemtrail Aerosols are under 8 microns and pose a health hazard to all breathing humans and animals...AQMD could careless about you in reality!
