Samuel The Rain maker's weather reporting

Mon. Jan 11, 2016

Right on cue, Southern California skies are being blanketed by intense 'chemtrail' aerosol spraying by high-flying military jets, which substantially lower the Relative Humidity in the targeted region preceding an incoming low pressure system off the Pacific ocean, which would normally deliver precipitation / rain.

The aerosols cause a temperature inversion layer in the atmosphere preventing lift, which is an essential component for precipitation to occur.

We must have moisture AND atmospheric lift for rain to fall.

We see this pattern over and over as we monitor the weather modification scheme going on right over everyone's heads.

1-11-2016; Pt.2; HAARP disrupts Jet Stream into CA

A giant storm off California is being prevented from moving into the State and delivering rain.

High pressure has been installed over California (currently 30.14") in preparation to block this storm.

In conjunction for this approaching storm, extremely heavy chemical aerosol spraying occurred all day in Los Angeles, lowering the RH this afternoon to 34% from 92% last night.

A HAARP generated blockade over California is stopping the first of two moisture fields over Southern CA.

The larger storm front behind today's moisture field over CA has a second HAARP transmitter focused in its path toward California; this transmitter is blocking the Jet Stream flow and causing the disruption we see on the Map.

This disruption is clear to see in the watervapor map.

Tropical storm Pali is today moving due East with 70 MPH winds; this is a change from yesterday's Northbound movement and Westbound movements.

The storm is being targeted by microwave energy and a blast pattern and shock waves are visible in the Watervapor, Visible and IR maps.
