Another large storm system is moving into most of California.
There is strong surface high pressure installed off Southern California which is serving to block much of the moisture into the region.
Strong high pressure is also indicated on both the 500mb and 300 mb pressure maps which will continue to redirect these strong storm cores away from the Pacific coast and instead point them up toward Alaska.
Currently there are three low pressure weather systems moving in a pinwheel pattern in the North Pacific.
Rain is forecast for the Southern California region tomorrow (Monday); currently at this posting we have a temperature of 69F, a RH of 42% and the Dew point is 45F.
Barometric pressure is high at 30.10 but dropping slightly.
