About 1/4" of rain fell overnight in the Foothill area of Los Angeles CA.
Varying amounts of rain fell in the Los Angeles & Orange County areas but no rain amounts were near 1.0", which is peculiar when the Jet Stream was moving through and delivering a lot of rain to the North.
An interruption in that flow last night near Bakersfield by HAARP-generated high pressure is likely responsible for the discrepancy in rain totals for Southern CA vs. Northern CA.
Chemtrail spraying is visible over a large area offshore over the top of the rain system moving through, as shown in the MODUS Today satellite map.
Today, we see the Jet Stream flow is interrupted again as it moves diagonally through California and a large void in the moisture flow is visible on the IR maps.
