Tropical storm Rick is producing 40 MPH winds while moving WNW at 13 MPH.
The storm has been targeted periodically the past two days with
microwave blasts to superheat the core and weaken its organization.
An
area of high pressure has built in just North of Rick and this will
serve to block Northbound movement and any chance of Rick merging with
another upper level low pressure system nearby - as well as merging with
the large Eastbound moisture field moving into California and Oregon.
If the tropical storm was not throttled back to 40 MPH with targeted
microwaves, it would quickly build into a CAT 5+ storm within a day or
two - as we saw with hurricane Patricia only 3 weeks ago.
The waters in
that area are approximately 85F.
Today in Los Angeles there was heavy
aerosol 'chemtrail' spraying to prevent an approaching moisture field
from producing precipitation in the Southern California area.
The deliberate, manufactured California 'drought' will continue at least for a few more days.
'El Nino' and the saturating rains these North
Pacific storms should bring to California will NOT occur until these
HAARP and microwave transmitters are turned off and the chemtrail
aerosols spraying is stopped in the East Pacific.
