A
large moisture field from an intense North Pacific storm combining with
the remnants of Hurricane Olaf continued moving into California over
the past three days.
And yet not one drop of rain fell in Southern
California!
Instead, intense aerosol chemtrails were sprayed for
several days over the large moisture field in Southern California which
lowered the relative humidity, prevented convection and effectively
stopped the rain in the region again.
This is precisely why the
Southwest is in a severe drought!
