Apparently the video was nothing more than a jet fuel dump and not actually anything other than that.

Yes patents prove nothing in and of themselves, but why patent something if you have no intention of doing anything with it.

We then would have a major problem with all of the very expensive aviation fuel being dumped all over our skies. 'Fuel dumps' all over the globe can be observed...
