Look overhead and see that it is accurate. Somehow someone somewhere knows the program mission and the weather patterns that they are desiring to produce? The forecast map has shown that in the last few days southern CA has been clear of chemtrailers. Well...except for the fake high altitude contrails that the chemtrailers typically do to confuse people. Deception has always been their pattern. But thus far it has been very accurate. I like to compare it to this map that the people have reported of their own skies:

Between the three and my own observations I can get a good idea of the current missions of the Chemtrail teams. The southern CA team likes to do a giant "A" after they do their dirty work. Some believe that it means team "Anarchy."
