Interesting Stats About Some Of Our Visitors

My website Stat Counter tells me some of my visitors are using the following operating systems when they visit this page. Now this does not include those who have good security and firewalls, they can't be seen on the net.

1595 users have Windows XP
305 Users have Windows Vista
27 Users have Windows 2000
21 Users have Linux
13 Users have Mac OS X
2 Users have Windows 2003 (Win XP 64 Bit)
1 User has FreeBSD
1 User has Windows CE
1 User has Windows 98
1User has Windows 3.0

What are the Operating System Stats good for?
You can get a 'good feel' for the technical and organization background of your users based on the versions and types of operating systems they are using.

1973 users have Java Script enabled. 27 do not. The rest of our visitors have good firewalls and security so we can't see if Java is on or off.

1384 have a screen resolution of 1024x768

366 have a screen resolution of 1280x1024

84 have a screen resolution of 1152x1024

42 have a screen resolution of 800x600

19 have a screen resolution of 1600x1200

All of the rest are unknown because of good security and firewalls, they are invisible on the net.

You can test out your invisibility at http://www.grc.com/default.htm click on their "Shields Up" to test your system. You will also notice that they have some other great stuff to help you keep your computer secure for free.
